Associate in Premium Auditing (APA) — professional designation awarded by the Insurance Institute of America (IIA) upon successful completion of six national exams, two of which are designed specifically for this program and four of which are Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) courses. The program leading to this designation was developed with the cooperation of the National Society of Insurance Premium Auditors (NSIPA) and is designed to enable students to perform premium audits in an organized and professional manner.
